CrossFit November Competition

A few weeks ago I competed in a friendly get together of crossfit gyms around the SLC area. The workout of the day was:

90 sec. work followed by 30 sec. rest:
Row for Calories
Wall Balls 20lbs guys/14lbs girls
Muscle-ups/pull-ups 1 muscle-up=8 pull-ups
Squat Clean 105lbs guys/65lbs girls
Then 2 minute break
Repeat
